Conference Room - Tastefully decorated and equipped with multimedia and video conferencing equipment.  Seats 12-16 persons in conference style, 20 theater style.   6 hours complimentary use of a conference room or meeting room per client tenant in any calendar month (subject to availability). 

Meeting Room - Tastefully decorated, seats up to 6 persons.

Kitchen and Lounge Facility - Includes hot beverage service, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven.  Assorted canned drinks available for nominal fee.

Daily Mail Service - Incoming mail sorted daily and outgoing mail handling at cost.  Courier service with in-house pick up and delivery is available for a fee.

Facsimile Transmission -  Incoming handling and delivery.  Outgoing self service and full service available on a-la-carte usage basis. Alternatively, connect your own fax machine.
